Role Summary:

As a Nuuly Temporary Customer Success Associate, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences via telephone, email, and chat. Reporting to the Customer Success Supervisor, you will communicate with new and potential customers, guide them through the shopping experience, answer order questions, and support the team in building a successful brand.
