Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality instruction and guidance to students in nursing programs
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans and course materials
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback

- Collaborate with colleagues and program directors to ensure program effectiveness
- Participate in ongoing faculty development and professional growth
Requirements:
- Current and active RN or LVN license in the state of California
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited school or valid teaching credentials
- Minimum of 4 years of clinical experience as an RN or LVN in the last 5 years
- Teaching experience preferred
- Must meet all regulatory and corporate qualifications
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary range: $93,000 - $104,000 per year, depending on experience
- $2,000 sign-on bonus, paid in two installments
