Job Description:
• Provide comprehensive primary care and women’s health services in a virtual setting.
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across a diverse range of clinical needs.
• Partner with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless continuity of care.
• Contribute to the development of care models, clinical protocols, and innovative practice standards.
• Leverage technology and data to support evidence-based clinical decision-making and efficient documentation.
Requirements:
• Credentials: NP or PA; National Board Certification (e.g., ANCC, AANP, or NCCPA); Active CA License and DEA.
• Clinical Expertise: 2+ years in outpatient primary care with a focus on Women’s Health (routine gyn, contraception, STIs), Mental Health, and inclusive, patient-centered care.
• Operational Mindset: Data-driven and adaptable; comfortable collaborating with Operations to balance clinical quality with workflow efficiency.
