We're looking for a New Business Case Specialist to join our Operations Team and play a critical role in ensuring new business cases move smoothly from application to implementation. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in structured workflows, enjoys coordinating across teams, and takes pride in keeping processes accurate and on schedule. What You'll Do Manage new business cases from submission through implementation. Open new accounts and ensure all documentation is complete and compliant. Launch and manage onboarding workflows in our CRM. Send DocuSign packets promptly and follow up to ensure timely completion. Monitor workflow progress and escalate delays when needed. Communicate with carriers, advisors, and clients regarding application status and outstanding requirements. Maintain accurate production trackers and workflow records. Prepare weekly operational reports and performance metrics. Support client service requests and operational improvement projects. We're Looking For Someone Who Has Experience in operations, client service, case management, or financial services support. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Experience working with CRMs and workflow management systems (Wealthbox experience is a plus).
