Job Description:
• Meet with shop owners via Zoom and perform a shop strategy session
• Identify customers’ needs and present ATI’s RE-Engineering program as the solution
• Communicate with prospective customers via phone, email, and other digital communication channels to clarify needs and set them up for strategy sessions
• Gather applicable financial reports, sales management reports, or estimates and prepare a shop analysis for the shop owner consultation
• Gather all relevant documents and information for seamless handoff to coaching staff
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects through effective communication, follow-up, and customer service
• Manage the sales pipeline, tracking leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM systems (Salesforce)
• Collaborate with sales operations specialists, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to optimize lead generation efforts, marketing campaigns, and sales initiatives
• Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, patterns, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Provide insights and recommendations to sales teams and management to inform strategic decision-making
• Support the implementation and optimization of CRM systems, sales technology platforms, and sales processes
• Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies and initiatives to drive revenue growth
• Support the development and maintenance of sales performance dashboards and reports to track key metrics
• Keep Sales Force updated with correct stages and data to develop sales forecasts and targets
• Monitor and evaluate sales processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in inside sales, sales operations, or a similar role
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or equivalent experience preferred
• 2+ years of automotive service experience preferred
• Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with internal teams
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and generate actionable insights
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of sales processes and best practices
• Experience with sales forecasting and pipeline management preferred
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a dynamic and evolving organization
