Responsibilities • Are you passionate about IT production stability? We are looking for someone to • Have and provide a production overview across the bank and Be the central point of contact to provide an overview of the production health for technology and Proactively monitor the environment at a top level for abnormalities using telemetry and perform more focused investigations when necessary and Correlate cross-stream issues/events • Run and support incident management • Actively manage all SEV 1 to 3 Major Incidents • Overview of all SEV 4s, their current state and related escalations o Trends and abnormal volumes of SEV 5s and unstructured requests and Manage SEV 4 incidents when they have the potential to escalate • Control and ensure the quality of incident communications o Have an overview of all incident notifications released and Be accountable for the content of all major incident notifications o Provide quality content for cross-stream major incident notifications o Be accountable for the quality and hygiene of all stream incident notifications • Run and support Mission Control Command & Control activities and Be aware of the change portfolio / activities and communicate these effectively and Understand the effect of significant client environment events, financial events and market news • Establish and maintain collaborative working relationships with functional counterparts of the other Technology Services Degree in Computer Science Engineering or Information Technology Engineering (or related discipline) Preferred • At least 2 years of experience in a CI/CD environment • Proficiency in CI tools like Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps and others. • Strong understanding of version control systems such as GIT. • Experience with automation tools and scripting languages. • Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, etc) • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. • Strong communication and leadership skills. • Ability to train and mentor team members. • Knowledge of technical machine specifications • Knowledge of XML manipulation • Knowledge of UNIX Operation • Knowledge of RDMS Operation • Understanding of the Financial market. Skills - Must have • Strong working knowledge of Murex Configuration and Environment management • Strong knowledge of scheduler software (e.g. Tidal, Autosys, JAMS, ...etc.) • Good understanding of MXTest • Good product knowledge/understanding in IRD, CRD, EQD, FXD • Good understanding of Workflows, Operations, Fixings process, Confirmations, and Trade Life Cycle • Strong functional and technical understanding of Murex • Good knowledge of the different post-trade interactions between the various actors of capital markets including service providers Must • previous experience, min 2yrs, with Murex Environment management • MXTest Module (a plus) • Must have strong personality, logical and analytical skills • Be detailed-oriented, a quick learner and self-starter • Possess good verbal and written communication skills • Must have strong organization skills • Good SQL, Unix , Scripting , Sybase and Oracle skills Nice to have • Understanding of Test management • Understanding of Trade life cycle • Understanding of Market Data management • Client focus: understands clients' businesses; identifies and understands the needs and objectives of clients, both on an individual and corporate basis; builds strong relationships to aid Luxoft's aim of being a trusted partner to the clients. • Communication skills: expresses ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing; adjusts language, terminology and non-verbal communication as appropriate. • Teamwork: works effectively with others; helps to build strong teams and networks. • Personal leadership: realistically identifies own skills, experience, knowledge and other personal attributes; displays confidence and resilience. • Planning and organizing: identifies and meets milestones; understands and articulates deliverables; assesses and mitigates risks; sticks to the scope of work and manages any changes. • Analytical decision-making: identifies and solves problems using insight and experience to make good decisions; gathers relevant information, identifying important issues and drawing conclusions.
