Validata
• Provides insights into the setup of Validata (mapping sets, validation sets and other configurations) required for Validata
• Provides expertise to confirm Claims data is converted correctly
• Provides functional expertise in historical data conversion/migration
• Leads design, testing (including UAT), and training for Validata
• Participate in gap assessment discussions and provide expertise and advice to the project team on potential process changes and regression testing required as a result of the upgrade
• Experience with Upgrade of Validata from old version (e.g. Fall'21 or prior) to new version a plus
General
• Provides input into all planning and implementation activities
• Conducts workshop in respective process area, as necessary
• Reviews and updates existing requirements and design
• Provides guidance for manual workaround or business process workarounds to assist in resolving gaps
• Provides input and guidance for design, testing, and training for Validata
• Works with Test Lead in the development of test plans and supports acceptance phase activities including both system integration and UAT
• Leads testing and training activities from a content perspective
• Participates in key aspects of change management, including writing work instructions and conducting lunch and learns
• Provides input for cutover activities and leads key tasks in cutover
• Creates business process checklists for post-production activities
