Responsibilities:
- Provide expert math tutoring to high school students, including homework prep and support in subjects such as Algebra, Geometry, and Calculus
- Develop and implement personalized lesson plans to meet the unique needs and learning styles of each student
- Effectively communicate with students, parents, and our office team to ensure seamless tutoring sessions and progress updates
- Maintain accurate records of tutoring sessions, including session reports and student progress tracking
- Collaborate with our team to ensure the highest level of service and support for our students and families
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the education field, with a focus on math tutoring or teaching
- Proven track record of successfully tutoring or teaching high school math students
- Strong knowledge of math concepts, including Algebra, Geometry, and Calculus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse learning styles and personalities
- Reliable transportation, current car insurance, and access to a computer, internet, and smartphone
- Strong administrative skills, including data entry and record-keeping
