Position Overview:

The Marketing & PR Director will lead the development and execution of strategic marketing, communications, and public relations initiatives to elevate M2D’s brand, expand community engagement, and support program growth. Reporting to the Board, this leader will drive brand awareness, strengthen stakeholder relationships, and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms. The Director will oversee marketing campaigns, media outreach, digital strategy, community events, and partnerships, while aligning efforts with M2D’s mission of empowering young women through mentorship. This role also involves leading a high-performing team, managing budgets, and supporting fundraising and membership growth through compelling storytelling and targeted outreach.
