Position Overview: Manager, Talent Acquisition & Executive Search
This remote role is pivotal to our continued growth and success. As a Manager, Talent Acquisition & Executive Search, you will lead our recruitment efforts across our Office of the CFO and consulting services practice groups, as well as support our executive search services. Your expertise and strategic approach will be instrumental in identifying, attracting, and retaining top talent, both for our internal teams and our clients.
Key Responsibilities: Driving Talent Acquisition and Executive Search
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to support staffing needs for both internal consulting teams and executive search services, ensuring alignment with our business objectives.
- Allocate your time effectively between internal hiring for our consulting and Office of the CFO practices (50%) and executive and direct hire searches for our clients (50%), leveraging your expertise to drive results in both areas.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of top-tier talent through proactive sourcing strategies, market research, and networking, ensuring a strong pool of candidates for current and future opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with practice leaders to understand their talent needs, providing strategic guidance on hiring initiatives and ensuring that our recruitment efforts are aligned with their goals.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing and screening to interview coordination and onboarding, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for all candidates.
- Continuously improve our recruitment processes to enhance candidate experiences, optimize recruitment outcomes, and drive efficiency, staying up-to-date with best practices and industry trends.
Essential and Preferred Qualifications: The Ideal Candidate
We're looking for a seasoned professional with a strong background in talent acquisition and executive search. The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably within Big 4 accounting or top private equity firms, with a proven track record of success in talent acquisition and executive search.
- Proven experience in executive search, consulting, or direct hire recruitment, with a deep understanding of the complexities and nuances of these fields.
- A strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and candidates, and to communicate effectively across different levels and functions.
