The Resource Planning and Management Division (RPMD) supports the Project Management Office in the promotion of its strategic planning development agenda. It achieves this by managing a dynamic and harmonized, integrated workforce based on a comprehensive analysis that enhances PMO’s administrative performance. From sourcing to performance management and optimization, RPMD oversees core PMO functions, such as human resources, strategic planning, scientific research, and administrative affairs.

The role

Under the overall guidance and supervision of the Executive Project Manager, the Manager, Resource Planning & Management Division (RPMD) has the overall responsibility for plan and manage project human and technical resources. S/he supports the implementation of the corporate resource mobilization strategy and provides further advice on strategic resource management.

S/he performs overall management of resources and management activities, including administrative affairs, human resources, strategic planning and research.

Education

First-level degree or equivalent in professional areas directly related to the project such as environmental studies, development, programme management, or meteorology.

Language

Fluency in spoken and written Arabic and English is essential for this position.
