Manager, Corporate Partnerships – New Business

Job Description: • Identify, prospect, solicit and secure new national corporate partnerships, closing five- and six-figure cash and in-kind partnerships in support of the team’s $4M annual goal and achieving an individual annual new business revenue target of $1M. • Build, maintain, and actively manage a robust corporate pipeline, including prospect research, outreach strategy, meeting coordination, proposal development, contract negotiation, and revenue forecasting. • Prepare and present compelling proposals, pitch decks, and partnership strategies to corporate decision-makers, representing the organization with professionalism and brand integrity in all external interactions. • Collaborate cross-departmentally (Marketing, Integrated Public Relations, Regions, Programs, and Partnership Engagement) to design customized partnership opportunities and ensure seamless transition of newly secured partners. • Maintain accurate CRM records, monitor KPIs, and provide regular pipeline and revenue reporting to support strategic decision-making. • Performs other duties, as assigned. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree required; degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field preferred. • Non-profit/fundraising experience desired. • At least 5 years of experience in corporate sales, business development, or corporate partnerships. • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding revenue targets. • Experience in a nonprofit environment preferred. • Strong understanding of corporate partnerships and cause marketing principles preferred. • Experience using CRM and research databases preferred. • Microsoft Office Programs • Valid Driver’s License • MVR – Motor Vehicle Report (annual) • Criminal background check 100/300/100 personal auto coverage Benefits: • General office and sedentary • Use of personal computing equipment, telephone, multi-functioning printer and calculator • Manual dexterity, ability to lift up to 20 pounds • Ability to drive a motor vehicle and travel to and from meetings, training sessions or other business-related events as needed • May be required to work after hours to include weekends and holidays Apply Now Apply Now
