The Kelly Companies are one of the largest privately owned printing companies on the East Coast and leader in the printing, fulfillment, marketing, and convention industries. We are currently seeking a dynamic Mail Data Processor to receive and prepare incoming data files for postal presort processing in a print production environment. The ideal candidate will perform the following:

• Coordinate with print production, mailroom operations, and outside vendors to ensure deliverable timelines and accuracy standards are met.
• Coordinate with outside vendors to ensure accuracy while handing off projects for outside production, including transmission of inkjet and Mail.dat files.
• Monitor USPS notices and notifies Sales/CSR's of USPS regulatory changes.
• Communicate with USPS to maintain compliance with postal regulations and disseminate information regarding notices, changes and mail-piece design requirements to the Sales Staff and Customer Service Representatives.
• Manage and enter data processing costs into job management software.
• Create reports for data processing and mailing output for accounting.
• Compensation commensurate with experience.

• BCC Mail Manager Software experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• FileZilla or equivalent FTP software tool knowledge
• UltraEdit or other equivalent text editor experience
• Proficient in Adobe Acrobat
• Must have proven experience in handling direct mail projects, data manipulation, data reporting and variable data layout.
