We are currently accepting applications for Registered or Licensed Practical Nurses desiring to work with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for the coordination of client care in multiple program sites.This is a Full Time position, working flexible days Monday-Friday with the ability to provide client medical direction after hours and on a remote basis.- LPN Wage range $28-$30/hour- RN Wage range $33-$35/hourIn keeping with our mission to provide a safe, happy, healthy living environment for our clients, Cardinal provides residential and support services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. • Manage health care for our clients under the direction of a physician.
• Schedule regular visits to all assigned home sites
• Assist the Residential Supervisors in coordinating and scheduling medical appointments.
• Monitor for medication errors, oversee medication storage.
• Assist Residential Supervisors in monitoring clients on psychotropic medications for side effects and effectiveness of medications.
• Provide physical checks as necessary.
• Provide training to clients, and Residential Supervisors.
• Ensure that all orders and recommendations are followed, documented and evaluated.

You'd be a great fit if you:

• Like to have FUN & are an excellent team player
• Have RN or LPN Minnesota licensure, in good standing
• Are proficient computer skills
• Have a valid Driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Successfully pass a MN Criminal Background Screen
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Have alignment with Cardinal's Culture, Mission, Vision, and Values
• Have the ability to read, write, speak and comprehend the English language
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills and teamwork
• Have a great sense of humor!
