- Extensive Development Expertise: 9+ years of hands-on experience in application development using C# and.NET technologies.
- Portal Solution Management: Proven ability to oversee and optimize high-traffic system portal solutions, particularly Provider Portals.
- Consulting Experience: Strong background in consulting roles with the ability to transition into a TFAL (Technical Functional Application Lead) role.
- Industry Knowledge: Must have experience in the insurance sector, with preference for candidates familiar with Medicaid programs.
- Change Leadership: A proactive change agent, committed to driving process enhancements and code improvements.
- Executive Presence & Communication: Exceptional ability to engage and communicate effectively across multiple stakeholders, including application developers, customers, support teams, and senior management.
