Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive data strategies aligned with client business goals. Assess current data capabilities and identify opportunities for improvement and innovation. Design and implement data governance policies, standards, and procedures. Advise clients on data architecture, data warehousing, and data integration best practices. Lead the implementation of analytics and business intelligence solutions. Manage project teams, ensuring the successful delivery of data-focused initiatives. Collaborate with business leaders to understand their data needs and translate them into technical requirements. Mentor and guide junior data consultants and analysts. Present findings, recommendations, and project updates to client stakeholders at all levels. Requirements Master's degree or Ph.D. in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field. Minimum of 7 years of experience in data strategy, data management, analytics consulting, or a similar role. Demonstrated expertise in data governance, data architecture, data quality, and master data management. Strong understanding of business intelligence tools, data warehousing solutions, and cloud data platforms. Proven experience in developing and implementing data strategies for large organizations. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences. Experience leading project teams and managing client relationships in the Houston, Texas, US region is advantageous.
