Job Description:
• Lead Qualification
• Engage inbound leads promptly, assess fit, and determine readiness before routing to the closing team.
• Pipeline Handoff
• Maintain clean, accurate CRM records and ensure every qualified prospect is handed off to a closer with full context and momentum.
• Rapport Building
• Use constructive communication skills to build trust quickly, disarm hesitation, and prime prospects for the next step in the process.
• Cross-Team Collaboration
• Work closely with closers and the marketing team to relay lead quality insights and common early-stage objections to continuously improve the front end of our funnel.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in customer service, sales support, or appointment scheduling (experience in enrollment/sales environments preferred).
• Excellent phone communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to lead management and follow-up.
• Comfortable using CRM software and other communication tools.
• Ability to handle objections and guide prospects toward scheduled appointments without being pushy.
• A strong team player who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
