Job Description:
We're seeking a highly skilled and passionate Senior Developer Advocate to join our team at Workwarp, a company that's revolutionizing the way we work. As a Senior Developer Advocate, you will play a crucial role in attracting, inspiring, and enabling a thriving ecosystem of developers through proactive direct engagement, innovative content creation, and community building.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish yourself as a trusted technical peer and community advocate by generating innovative content, such as blog posts, videos, code examples, workshops, and webinars.
- Build and scale events and meetups to drive community collaboration and participation.
- Participate in social media and blogging activities to drive developer awareness and engagement.
- Identify new channels to reach and engage with developers, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver our developer program content.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Product Management, Engineering, Events, and Campaigns teams to drive the success of our developer program.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience as a Developer or Engineer in cloud software development, PaaS, SaaS, or other relevant disciplines.
- 5+ years of experience as a Developer or Engineer within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
- Proven experience speaking at technology conferences, blogging, video creation, and writing technical articles, as well as contributing to popular open-source projects.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to interact with peers, colleagues, customers, and third parties.
