Job Overview: As a Retail Store Associate and Stocker, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, maintaining store operations, and driving sales growth. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and assisting customers to ensure the highest level of service
- Operating point-of-sale systems efficiently and accurately
- Driving customer loyalty program participation and processing rewards
- Participating in freight flow processes, including truck unloading, stocking, and merchandise recovery
- Maintaining store appearance, including light maintenance and cleaning duties
- Performing daily front-end maintenance tasks, such as check stand cleanliness and replenishment of merchandise and supplies
- Completing other tasks as assigned by Store Leadership, including cart retrieval, shrink control, and safety-related tasks

Qualifications:
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Strong customer service and communication skills required
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Prior retail experience preferred
- Previous experience operating a cash register preferred
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds required
- Basic English literacy and math skills required
