Job Summary:
As a USA Coach and Operations Manager Trainee, you will:
- Lead and develop high-performing teams through teaching, training, and active listening, ensuring exceptional customer service standards and driving business results.
- Model and demonstrate outstanding customer service, utilizing the One Best Way (OBW) service model, and provide guidance on implementing business solutions to achieve sales and profit goals.
- Drive financial performance and sales growth by analyzing P&L statements, managing budgets, and implementing action plans to mitigate shrink and achieve business objectives.
- Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates, including hiring, training, mentoring, and recognizing outstanding performance.
- Coordinate and oversee job-related activities, developing relationships with key stakeholders, identifying goals and objectives, and demonstrating adaptability and continuous learning.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2 years of college or 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience, or 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience.
- Ability to complete all job-required trainings and assessments, including firearms-specific Criminal Background Check (CBC) and Firearms Authorized Training (if applicable).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University.
- General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports, with responsibility for performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
