Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced USA Coach and Operations Manager Trainee to join our team in Laurinburg, NC. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in driving business results, developing high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop teams effectively through teaching, training, and active listening, ensuring exceptional customer service standards and business results
- Drive financial performance and sales growth by analyzing P&L statements, managing budgets, and implementing action plans to mitigate shrink and achieve sales goals
- Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates, including hiring, training, mentoring, and recognizing outstanding performance
- Coordinate and oversee job-related activities, developing relationships with key stakeholders and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, supporting our mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity
Requirements:
- 2 years of college or 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience, or 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience
- Ability to attend and complete all job-required trainings and assessments
- Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Leadership, supervisory experience, and a Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership
