Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Business Resumption War room (BRCC) office maintenance activities, ensuring optimal functionality and efficiency.
- Manage Skyview Grounds Administration Vendor Agreements, including contract negotiations, approvals, and renewals.
- Conduct routine facilities maintenance inspections, identifying areas for improvement and implementing proactive solutions.
- Serve as the Skyview Grounds Lead Environmental Coordinator, driving sustainability and environmental stewardship initiatives.
- Collaborate with the facilities maintenance department on Skyview Grounds projects, providing support and expertise as needed.
- Process electronic payments, invoices, and other administrative tasks with precision and accuracy.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED equivalency required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Facilities maintenance experience, including electrical, mechanical, and plumbing knowledge, is highly desirable.
- EPA/TCEQ environmental business/industrial site management experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Excel and database management.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and self-motivation skills are essential.
