As a Customer Support Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:- Providing top-notch customer support via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely resolution of customer inquiries and issues.
- Assisting customers with product and service-related questions, including billing, rates, and network-related inquiries.
- Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Completing and submitting customer changes or modifications to existing or new accounts, including updates to customer information and account settings.
- Meeting departmental standards and expectations, including daily call averages and call statistics, individually and as a team.
- Returning mail and written correspondence from customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Staying up-to-date on blithequark's products, services, offers, rates, and billing, as well as telecommunications terms and our network.
- Reading, deciphering, and explaining invoices to customers, ensuring clear understanding of their billing and account information.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:- A minimum of 30 words per minute typing speed.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to multitask and adapt to changing processes and procedures.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
- A high school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on customer service, communications, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:- Previous experience in a call center environment, with a focus on telecommunications services.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
