Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop hiring plans.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from posting job openings to conducting interviews.
- Develop and implement onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
- Oversee employee relations and resolve any workplace issues in a fair and consistent manner.
- Implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and promote a positive work environment.
- Develop and execute strategies for employee development, training, and career advancement.
- Lead performance management processes and provide guidance on goal setting and feedback.
- Oversee compensation and benefits administration.
- Maintain HR records and ensure data accuracy.
- Stay current with HR trends and regulations to adapt and refine our HR practices accordingly.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. Master degree or HR certification is a plus.
- Proven experience as an HR manager or in a similar HR role.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- The ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Experience in IT or non-IT sectors is an advantage.
