Project Overview:
We are implementing TalentLMS for internal training across all departments, starting with Sales and Client Success. We have a backlog of raw training materials (documents, recorded sessions, etc.) created by internal SMEs. We need an experienced instructional designer to transform these materials into structured, engaging courses within TalentLMS.
Responsibilities:
Review and organize existing training content.
Design and build courses in TalentLMS using provided materials.
Apply best practices for adult learning and e-learning design.
Integrate multimedia elements (videos, quizzes, assessments).
Collaborate with internal team for feedback and revisions.
Requirements:
Proven experience with TalentLMS (course creation, configuration, optimization).
Strong instructional design skills and understanding of e-learning principles.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication skills.
Project Details:
Estimated project length: ~120 hours total.
Weekly commitment: 10–15 hours minimum.
Start date: Immediate.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience designing training for Sales and Client Success teams.
Familiarity with multimedia content integration.
