Role Overview
PacBio is seeking a high-energy, opportunity-focused Inside Sales Representative to accelerate growth across the life-science and genomics markets. The role will involve uncovering, qualifying, and nurturing opportunities to expand PacBio's reach, as well as growing recurring revenue through service contract renewals and instrument consumables utilization.
What You Will Do
Champion a team-first mindset, drive prospecting strategy, own top-of-funnel growth, qualify opportunities, service contract renewals, instrument consumables utilization, collaborate with field sales, leverage the tech stack, and deliver customer insights.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Genetics, or a related life-science field
- Solid grasp of genetics and molecular-biology applications
- 2+ years in sales development, inside sales, or pipeline-focused roles within life sciences, genomics, or related discipline
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed pipeline-creation targets and renewal quotas
- Exceptional organization, prioritization, and time-management skills
- Relentless focus on building long-term customer relationships and revenue opportunities

Benefits
- Salary Range: ¥126,300.00 - ¥189,500.00
