We're seeking a seasoned and experienced Customer Support Representative to join our Remote Health Team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences that exceed our clients' expectations. About the Role

This is a full-time, remote position that requires a strong and diverse skillset in customer service, health and wellness, and technology. As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing assistance to our clients via phone, SMS, chat, and email. You'll assist with account adjustments, appointment scheduling, system navigation, answer general questions, and de-escalate and triage challenging situations. Our ideal candidate is a proven performer with a strong knowledge of customer experience (CX) principles and processes, as well as experience working with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
