Key Responsibilities
- Client Outreach: Initiate contact with small‑business clients whose accounts are past due, using a blend of phone, email, and digital channels to understand their situation and negotiate settlement terms.
- Debt Resolution: Secure timely payment arrangements, work out payment plans, and document all interactions accurately in careerzynith’s CRM system.
- Preventive Risk Management: Identify high‑exposure accounts, analyze root causes of overdue balances, and implement proactive strategies to mitigate future risk.
