- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Post job requirements on various portals to attract qualified candidates.
- Coordinate with management to gather and provide feedback on candidate profiles.
- Follow up with candidates until their successful joining.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
