We are migrating from Salesforce Pardot (Account Engagement) to HubSpot Marketing Hub Pro and are looking for an experienced HubSpot Marketing Operations consultant to help us execute the transition cleanly and efficiently.
This is a hands-on implementation role, not a strategy-only engagement. We have a defined plan and need an expert to help configure HubSpot correctly, migrate only the right data, rebuild key marketing assets, and ensure attribution and Salesforce integration are implemented properly.
Platform Transition
Support migration from Pardot to HubSpot Marketing Hub Pro
Help audit existing Pardot assets (forms, automations, lists) and identify what should and should not be migrated
Ensure we do not recreate legacy Pardot complexity in HubSpot
HubSpot Setup & Configuration
Configure HubSpot Marketing Hub Pro for:
Lifecycle stages and custom Buyer Stage model
Marketing automation workflows
Email and nurture programs
Campaign and attribution tracking
Implement multi-touch attribution in HubSpot (first-touch, last-touch, and influence)
Configure HubSpot tracking code and validate UTM capture
Support Salesforce Integration
Configure and validate HubSpot ↔ Salesforce integration
Ensure Salesforce remains the system of record for:
Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Opportunities
Forms & Data
Rebuild a limited set of core formsin HubSpot
Implement ZoomInfo FormComplete on HubSpot forms
Assist with data migration strategy:
Migrate only active, relevant contacts
Clean field mapping
Avoid over-migration of historical or unused data
Testing & Cutover Support
QA form submissions, attribution, lifecycle changes, and Salesforce sync
Support parallel run and cutover from Pardot
Help decommission Pardot assets post-transition
