trade-focused B2B technology company working with business customers, education, and retail partners. We are looking for a reliable and detail-focused Virtual Assistant to support HubSpot CRM administration and accounts support.
This role is heavily focused on accuracy, follow-up, and systems discipline. You will work primarily inside HubSpot (Sales & Service tools) and QuickBooks, supporting credit control, customer records, and service activity.
This is not a sales role.

Key Responsibilities
HubSpot CRM Support (Core Focus)
• Maintain accurate contact, company, deal, and ticket records in HubSpot
• Log emails, notes, calls, tasks, and follow-ups correctly
• Update deal stages, ticket statuses, and activities for sales and service teams
• Ensure CRM data is clean, accurate, and up to date
• Assist with basic HubSpot reporting and activity tracking
Accounts & Credit Control Support
• Send payment reminders and follow up on overdue invoices
• Record payment updates and customer communications accurately
• Support collections activity in a professional, customer-focused manner
• Assist with basic QuickBooks administration (invoice tracking, account updates)
General Admin Support
• Support day-to-day admin tasks related to CRM and accounts
• Ensure information is consistent across systems
• Escalate issues clearly when required

Required Skills & Experience
• 1–2 years experience using CRM systems (sales and service tools)
• Hands-on experience using HubSpot CRM
• Experience supporting accounts administration or credit control
• Experience using QuickBooks or similar accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and follow defined processes
• Excellent spoken and written English (mandatory)
