About the Role Our client, a cutting-edge biotechnology firm, is seeking a detail-oriented HRIS Analyst to join their fully remote team. This position is essential for maintaining and optimizing the company's Human Resources Information System (HRIS), ensuring data accuracy, supporting HR processes, and generating insightful reports. You will collaborate closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to enhance HR technology solutions and drive efficiency. Key Responsibilities Administer, configure, and maintain the company's HRIS platform (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors). Develop and run standard and ad-hoc reports for HR and business stakeholders. Ensure data integrity within the HRIS through regular audits and validation. Support HR functional areas by providing technical expertise and troubleshooting system issues. Assist in the implementation and upgrade of HRIS modules and related technologies. Develop training materials and provide training to HR staff and end-users on HRIS functionalities. Stay current with HRIS best practices and emerging technologies. Collaborate with IT to ensure seamless integration between HRIS and other business systems. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HRIS Analyst or similar role. Proficiency with at least one major HRIS platform (e.g., Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors). Strong understanding of HR processes and data management principles. Advanced skills in Excel, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and complex formulas. Experience with SQL or other database query languages is a plus.
