The Opportunity

We’re looking for an HR Data Architect who will shape and manage near and long-term activities to strengthen our AI and Digital Modernization journey.

As a critical bridge between HR data engineering, HR technology, and enterprise AI initiatives, the HR Data Architect ensures HR data is structured, governed, and leveraged effectively to enable next‑generation capabilities.

The ideal candidate brings both deep hands‑on technical expertise and the strategic insight to translate complex data environments into clear, actionable roadmaps. Responsibilities include overseeing HR data architecture and governance, enabling advanced analytics, and driving AI and digital transformation execution. The role also builds strategic partnerships across the organization and develops integrated data and technology roadmaps that support long‑term capability growth.

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$105,100-$231,100
