Our program hands homeowners cash with no minimum credit score, no income verification, and no payments for 10 years, sometimes longer. It's a Home Equity Investment, not a loan. Most people have never heard of it. That's the point: no competition, no warm buyer waiting to say yes. You have to CREATE the sale.
Read that again. These homeowners are skeptical, distressed, and have been told no by everyone. They will not close themselves. If you're looking for layup leads that convert on the first call, keep scrolling.
WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO
• Work inbound leads fast with a strong speed to lead standard. No cold calling. But "inbound" doesn't mean "easy." These people are guarded and hurting.
• Run consultative, problem first sales calls. Ask the questions that surface real pain, let them say it out loud, and let the problem sell the solution.
• Sit in the discomfort. Distressed homeowners don't move on the first touch. You follow up when it's awkward, when they ghost, when a weaker rep quits.
• Build your own pipeline over your first 90 days and own the number.
WHO YOU ARE
• Licensed NMLS MLO Ideally in Arizona and Florida right now. You will add California and Colorado once on board (your cost).
• Two to three plus years selling, but we'll take raw talent with the right wiring over a polished rep with bad habits. Trained under Sandler, NEPQ / Jeremy Miner, or you sell by asking not pitching? Tell us.
• A hunter. You generate outcomes, you don't wait for them.
• Real compassion. You genuinely want these people out of the hole, and it shows in how you listen.
• Emotionally controlled. No commission breath. You don't chase. You detach from the outcome and let the prospect pull themselves to yes.
WHAT WE DON'T WANT
• Reps who need the lead pre sold.
• People who confuse activity with results, or excuses with reasons.
• Anyone who whines. We mean this.
THE OFFER
• Homeowners funded in three to four weeks from application.
• A capital partner who can fund $100M per month. You will never run out of ammo.
• Direct mentorship from founder Derek Jarr, 20 plus years selling solutions to financially distressed homeowners. His former reps have gone on to build serious real estate and finance careers. This is a place to get dangerous at selling.
COMP
• Base plus commissions. Health care available.
• Year one target: $80K to $100K. Top performers: $150K plus. The gap between those two numbers is entirely about how you sell.
