Job Title: IT VulnerabilityHelpdesk Technician Location: Hybrid Work (3 days a week to Newtown Square, PA) Type: 6+ Month Contract Rate: $Open /hr. Job Title: Key Responsibilities: • Regular monitor vulnerability scans performed on systems and applications. • Mitigate found vulnerabilities by contacting users and Remoting into Laptops to preform Patching. • Identify and document security vulnerabilities and recommend appropriate remediation strategies. • Work closely with IT teams to ensure vulnerabilities are promptly addressed and mitigated. • Develop and maintain vulnerability management procedures and documentation. • Conduct security assessments and audits to ensure compliance with security policies and standards. • Stay informed about emerging security threats, technologies, and best practices. • Provide support during security audits and assessments by third-party entities. • Provide onsite technical support to users as needed. • Provide remote support to users using Beyond Trust Remote Support. Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience in an Windows IT Services End-user support or Endpoint Administrator role • Experience in Helpdesk Support • Experience in vulnerability assessment and management. • Familiarity with security tools and technologies such as Nessus, MECM and Intune • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills Apply Now Apply Now
