Position Overview
Are you a driven sales professional looking to take full ownership of your earning potential? Tesseon is seeking a motivated and ambitious Sales Consultant to join our high-performing team in the HCM space. This is a fully remote role, open to candidates across the United States. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a competitive environment and is ready to operate without territory restrictions or commission caps.
In this role, you will identify and develop new client relationships, consult on HCM solutions tailored to each organization's needs, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close. You are accountable for your own pipeline, your own forecasts, and your own results and with uncapped commission your earnings are limited only by what you close.
Compensation and Benefits
Competitive base salary ($60,000 to $70,000 depending on experience)
Uncapped commission structure

Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue potential clients through prospecting, networking, referrals, cold calling, and CRM-driven outreach
Consult with prospects to assess business challenges and recommend the optimal Tesseon HCM solutions
Develop and deliver compelling presentations and customized proposals
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads, owning accurate monthly and quarterly forecasts
Develop and nurture relationships with referral sources and strategic partners
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through onboarding, collaborating with implementation and client services teams
Analyze prospective clients' current practices to uncover additional opportunities
Record all sales activity and results in CRM on a timely and consistent basis
Attend networking events to develop referral partnerships and build brand presence
Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales quotas
Requirements
3+ years of experience in consultative, B2B sales with a proven track record of success
Self-motivated and able to excel in a fast-paced environment without direct daily supervision
Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and organizational skills
Strong mathematical aptitude and problem-solving ability
Entrepreneurial mindset with a hunter mentality, driven to find and close new business
Experience managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting through close
Demonstrated success in cold calling, lead generation, and CRM management
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the HCM industry (ADP, Paychex, Paycom, Paylocity, Paycor, iSolved, or similar)
Familiarity with a CRM platform
Existing book of relationships or referral network in the HR and Payroll space
