Job Description:
• Create high-quality digital and print assets that clearly and compellingly communicate Luminos’ mission and impact.
• Ensure Luminos’ materials are consistently on-brand, visually polished, accessible, and effective in advancing our storytelling and organizational presence.
• Help design reports, proposals, concept notes, and other publications in Microsoft Word and Adobe InDesign.
• Create social media graphics, including short animations and videos, carousel graphics, and data visualizations.
• Format PowerPoint presentations in Luminos-branded templates.
• Design printed collateral for events, such as postcards, flyers, banners, and signage.
• Support fast turnaround design needs while maintaining strong attention to detail, brand consistency, and accessibility.
Requirements:
• 5+ years of professional design experience, ideally including both print and digital design.
• Fluency in the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Deep experience with formatting and producing materials in Microsoft Office, including Word and PowerPoint.
• Impeccable attention to detail, including the ability to spot typos, inconsistencies, and formatting issues.
• Proven organizational, communication, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
