I am looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Google Ads Search Specialist to partner with me on the setup, management, and optimization of Search campaigns for local service-based businesses across the United States.
This is a long-term, implementation-focused role designed for someone who enjoys working within clear systems, standardized campaign structures, and repeatable processes. The goal is to build a scalable partnership that can support a growing portfolio of small business clients.
The businesses we support include industries such as auto repair, tire & wheel shops, plumbers, electricians, HVAC companies, and similar local service providers.
Your Responsibilities (Execution & Optimization)
You will be responsible for the hands-on execution and ongoing optimization of Google Ads Search campaigns, including:
• Building and launching Google Ads Search campaigns (typically 3–5 ads per client)
• Implementing and validating conversion tracking (lead forms and phone calls)
• Setting up and configuring Google Analytics for landing page performance tracking
• Monitoring live campaigns and key performance metrics
• Making data-driven optimizations and adjustments on active campaigns
• Providing bi-weekly performance reports for internal review
Note: This role is not client-facing. All client communication and strategy discussions are handled separately.
My Responsibilities (Strategy & Client Management)
I will handle all strategic and client-side components, including:
• Keyword research with clients and development of the keyword strategy
• Providing all necessary client assets (images, URLs, business details, etc.)
• Creating and managing landing pages
• Client onboarding, communication, and performance reviews
Ideal Candidate Profile
•Proven experience managing Google Ads Search campaigns
• Experience with local service businesses is a strong plus
• Comfortable working with repeatable processes and SOPs
• Strong understanding of conversion tracking, call tracking, and analytics
• Experience working with U.S.-based businesses preferred
• Based in Asia-Pacific regions or accustomed to working U.S. time zones
• Reliable communicator and interested in a long-term partnership
Working Hours & Communication
• Availability during U.S. business hours or overlapping hours is preferred
• Comfortable communicating via Slack, WhatsApp, or similar tools
• Able to participate in weekly check-ins and structured workflows
Compensation Structure
• Open to fixed monthly or per-account pricing

• Account volume and compensation will scale over time as the partnership grows
