We're seeking experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses to join our team as Full-time Night Shift Remote Telephone Triage Nurses. As a Remote Telephone Triage Nurse, you'll play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our clients across the country. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide telephone triage and health information services to patients, families, and healthcare providers in a fast-paced and dynamic remote environment
- Assess patient symptoms, medical history, and current health status to provide personalized guidance and support
- Develop and implement effective care plans and provide patients with clear instructions and guidance on self-care and management of their conditions
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless patient care and communication
- Document patient interactions and care plans accurately and efficiently in our electronic health record system
- Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on the latest medical knowledge and best practices in telephone triage and health information services
- Work effectively in a remote environment with minimal supervision, demonstrating excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills
Requirements and Qualifications:
Essential Qualifications:
- Current multi-state RN license with no restrictions
- 2+ years of nursing experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a hospital or healthcare facility
- Computer skills a MUST, with proficiency in electronic health record systems and other software applications
- Successful completion of a background check, drug screen, and reference check
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic remote environment with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual (Spanish and English) or multilingual skills
- Experience in telephone triage or health information services
- Familiarity with clinical guidelines and protocols for telephone triage and health information services
- Certification in telephone triage or a related field (e.g. CTNC, CEN)
