As well placing outbound calls, scheduling and confirming service appointments via phone call or SMS.Responsibilities

• Answering dealership group phones
• Directing customers to the correct department/location
• Placing outbound calls
• Works cooperatively with the remote teams
• Updating customer records
• Communicates with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
• Scanning documents
• Assists in scheduling and confirming service appointments via phone or SMS
• Participates in customer satisfaction process
