Founding Behavioral Health Program Director
Hybrid Clinician + Builder | Remote in WA**
Bridging Care — Washington State
Bridging Care (2,300+ Medicaid members) is launching a statewide virtual Behavioral Health division — and we’re hiring a rare clinician-operator who can serve clients now and build a multi-million-dollar Behavioral Health program from the ground up.
If you’re a Washington-licensed therapist who can think like a builder, execute like an operator, and lead like a future VP, this is a career-defining opportunity.
⭐ What You’ll Do
Clinical (Bootstrap Phase):
• Carry ~15–25 telehealth sessions/week
• Provide intakes, therapy, and documentation

• Integrate BH services with Bridging Care’s statewide care coordination model
Grow & Scale (4–12 months):
• Hire/manage additional clinicians (initially 1099, then W2)
• Support onboarding a fractional prescriber
• Implement KPIs, dashboards, compliance processes
• Develop scalable clinical and operational systems
