About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our FP&A Capabilities Center team. As a Finance Manager, you will be a leader in developing new processes, driving change, and creating a productive and agile working model. You will be responsible for leading planning and analysis for complex cross-functional projects, working across the FP&A CC team, coordinating with peer Finance teams, and collaborating with stakeholders to develop and deliver business cases and recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead planning and analysis for complex cross-functional projects, working across the FP&A CC team, coordinating with peer Finance teams, and collaborating with stakeholders to develop and deliver business cases and recommendations.
- Own, design, and deliver complex analysis to support key business initiatives and decisions.
- Present management reports regarding initiatives, projects, and programs.
- Lead Strategic Planning and QIP process for Corporate G&A capabilities.
- Foster cross-functional relationship management across FP&A CC teams and stakeholders.
- Provide coaching to team members and stakeholders.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as finance or accounting. You will also need to have:
- Proven experience in contributing to and leading cross-functional teams.
- Intermediate experience in financial analysis, modeling, and business planning.
- Process improvement management experience.
- Experience in presenting recommendations to decision-makers.
