Job Summary and Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced YouTube Content Moderator and Community Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. As a key member of our community team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a player-first community strategy, owning and driving the game's short and long-term community plan, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve community growth objectives.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Fostering a player-first community approach and driving the game's short and long-term community strategy
- Managing local social media content planning and collaborating with regional teams to develop efficient workflows

Essential Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong and diverse skillset, including:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as communications, marketing, or community management
- Wide and broad knowledge of various regional community cultures and a deep understanding of North American culture
- Familiarity with the mechanics, algorithms, and user credits of standard social media platforms, including Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Twitch, TikTok, Reddit, and Discord
- Rich merchant communication and partner management experience, with the ability to quickly negotiate multi-party resources and collaborate in person
- Deep understanding of game mechanics and the needs of the development team, as well as a keen follower of industry trends and dynamics
- Comprehension of copywriting requirements and precise jargon usage to advance external communication declarations
- Substantial experience with content management systems (CMS), website creation, SEO, and event activities, with the ability to quickly identify issues and make improvement suggestions

- Proven experience as a head of progress, achieving operational excellence by presenting performance measures, processes, and systems
