Job Overview
We are seeking experienced and motivated individuals to join our team as Work from Home Inbound Customer Service Representatives. As a representative, you will be responsible for maintaining positive customer relations by addressing all types of product-related concerns, including taking orders, verifying information, tracking packages, and answering customer questions. Key Responsibilities
