Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least 1 year of call center experience and possess good verbal and written communication skills. You should be dependable, able to adhere to a schedule, and have effective problem-solving skills. Additionally, you will need to have a customer service orientation, attention to detail, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $17.00-$18.00 per hour, depending on your level of experience and bilingual skills.
