Job Overview
In this critical role, you will be responsible for resolving basic or tier 1 payment and account-related requests for arenaflex clients. This will include, but is not limited to, card activations, payments, name and address updates for cardholders. You will utilize standardized or scripted responses, leveraging user-friendly Graphic User Interface (GUI) screens for client systems and established documentation and processes. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that our clients' customers receive timely and effective solutions to their inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolves basic or tier 1 payment and account-related requests for arenaflex clients, including card activations, payments, name and address updates for cardholders
- Provides standardized or scripted responses, utilizing basic user-friendly Graphic User Interface (GUI) screens for client systems and established documentation and processes
- Enters required data into client-provided systems and databases, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Determines basic reasons for customer issues using a client-provided decision tree and escalates or refers unresolved customer grievances and requests to more experienced Customer Service Representatives or designated departments for further investigation and resolution
- Begins to build base knowledge and familiarization of products, policies, and procedures for a limited number of clients, including an understanding of association guidelines and compliance
Minimum Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following minimum qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- A minimum of at least six months of contact center or work from contact center experience in the last 18 months
- Flexibility and openness to work schedules that are mid-shift to late shifts, including working weekends as part of your weekly schedule
- Ability to be on camera at all times
- US-based role only
Note that the pay for this role is $15.00 per hour, and this is an entry-level role with non-negotiable pay. Additionally, this role is not bonus eligible.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset:
- 12 months of contact center or work from contact center experience in the last 18 months
- Banking customer service experience
