Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via inbound phone calls, emails, live chats, or other means as needed, ensuring timely and friendly responses.
- Exceed daily quotas consisting of inbound/outbound phone calls, emails, and live chats, while maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer service.
- Record detailed notes of customer communication and maintain real-time communication by keeping inventory volumes current.
- Create lifelong customers by responding to their inquiries in a creative, personal, comprehensive, unique, and consistent manner that demonstrates their value.
- De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, and collaborate with other Customer Service Representatives, Supervisors, and Managers to provide the best experience possible.
- Operate in a remote work environment, utilizing proficient computer skills and technical knowledge to adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing work environment.
- Maintain consistent and undivided attention to assigned responsibilities, with a willingness to work a customer service schedule based on high-volume days and times in the restaurant/hospitality industry.
Essential Qualifications
- Clear and articulate telephone voice without major background noise or distractions.
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize workloads, with self-motivation and strong communication skills.
- Excellent decision-making skills, with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to change in a rapidly expanding dynamic organization.
- Experience with a multi-line phone system and computer skills, including Microsoft Office, various cloud-based platforms such as Salesforce, data entry, and word processing.
- Upbeat and positive attitude, with the ability to maintain the reputation of blithequark and any assigned clients.
- High School diploma or GED required, with at least 1-3 years of experience in a customer service capacity.
- Must be at least 18 years of age, with excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Must have your own computer or laptop with a keyboard and a mouse (IPAD, chromebooks, and mobile devices are NOT allowed).
