Responsibilities
As a Virtual Support Agent, your key responsibilities will include:

Qualifications
To be successful as a Virtual Support Agent, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
Experience Requirements
- At least 6 months of customer service and/or administrative experience, preferably in a call center or phone support environment.
- A high level of professionalism and phone etiquette for business purposes.
- Excellent typing, communication, and computer skills.
- Availability to work overtime and/or weekends if necessary.
- Willingness to submit to a standard background check, drug test, technology check, and voice assessments.
Technical Requirements
- A CPU i5 (or equivalent) or i7 processor, with no Atom, Celeron, Pentium, or Opteron processors.
- An internet download speed of at least 5 Mbps and an upload speed of at least 3 Mbps.
- A network latency of no more than 250 ms.
- A Windows 8.1 (64-bit) or Windows 10 (64-bit) operating system.
- A minimum of 4 GB of RAM, with 8 GB recommended.
- A home office set up with an ethernet cord connected to your computer.
- A desktop or laptop computer connected to a nearby router or wall for firewall/security purposes.
