About the Role
We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Receptionist/Legal Intake Specialist to join our team. As a Virtual Receptionist/Legal Intake Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients' callers, providing exceptional customer service through detailed call handling instructions, scheduling appointments, answering FAQs, taking messages, and transferring calls. This is a fast-paced environment, and you'll be working with a variety of law firms, each with their unique needs and requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and handle calls from clients' callers, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide detailed call handling instructions, scheduling appointments, and answering FAQs to ensure seamless communication between clients and their callers
- Take messages and transfer calls to the appropriate person or department, ensuring that all calls are handled efficiently and effectively
- Work closely with our team to ensure that all calls are handled in accordance with our clients' policies and procedures
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and best practices
- Meet and exceed performance metrics, including call volume, call quality, and client satisfaction
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred, but not required. We provide comprehensive training to ensure that you have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role.
- Technical Skills: You'll need to be comfortable using technology, including computers, phones, and software applications. We provide all the equipment you'll need to perform your job duties.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role. You'll need to be able to communicate effectively with clients, callers, and your team members.
- Problem-Solving Skills: You'll need to be able to think critically and solve problems in a timely and professional manner.
- Availability: You'll need to be available to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings, Monday through Friday.
- Location: You'll need to reside in AZ, NV, TX, PA, or FL.
- Quiet Home Office Space: You'll need to have a quiet home office space with minimal background noise.
- Internet Speed: You'll need to have an internet speed of 75+ MBPS. We recommend using a wired Ethernet connection instead of Wi-Fi.
