Key Responsibilities
- Provide superior customer experience on calls to consumer card members, resolving all customer queries and following established procedures as appropriate
- Offer options and follow superior service protocols to ensure the best possible solutions and first-call resolution (FCR) to card members
- Identify the mood, profile, and needs of the customer and leverage that information to provide the most appropriate benefits/products to the customer while being compliant with laid-down guidelines
- Deliver to customer, employee, and shareholder metrics as per goals, highlighting issues through feedback and recommending changes in workflows, procedures, and service levels based on customer demands
- Adhere to quality and compliance guidelines, taking quick decisions and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Work effectively in a team environment, as well as independently, to achieve individual and team goals
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and listening skills, with excellent verbal communication and customer-focused approach
- Demonstrated ability to solve customer issues and effectively address service situations, with a strong interest in detail and analytical and problem-solving skills
